The Waugh Family Foundation is a Canadian private foundation established in 2011 and based in Toronto. The Board of Directors includes family members Rick and Lynne, David and Hayley, Steve and Stacey and Chris and Lisa. There are also three non-member independent Directors.
The Foundation is incorporated under the Canada Not For Profit Act and is a registered charity under the Income Tax Act (Canada). |
